Surface

We start with what's loud: the relationship rupture, the panic, the burnout. The presenting problem is real, and we take it seriously.

Pattern

Then we look at the recurring shape. Where does this show up? With whom? What does it cost you to keep it intact?

Origin

From there we trace the pattern back to its root: family system, attachment wiring, the story you inherited before you could consent to it.

Depth

And we work with the part of you that's been running the show from underneath. Shadow, image, dream. This is where change tends to hold.

Best fit if you're one of these.

  • You've carried the weight of feeling too much, not enough, like you're a burden or you don't matter. You're done shrinking, people-pleasing, putting on a mask, etc. because it leaves you feeling lonely, exhausted and/or overwhelmed.
