Pattern
Next, we look at the patterns because patterns aren't random glitches - they're loyal, stubborn maps your subconscious keeps handing you until you finally pay attention.
Origin
From your patterns we can look at your inner child and how you survived when you felt like you didn't matter, or not enough, or maybe even a burden. That stuff shows up today as the same argument, same behaviors, same chase - it's an endless loop.
Depth
Finally, we work with the hidden part(s) of you because that's who has really been running the show - the person behind the curtain in the shadows. Once there we can work with that shadow self to create lasting change.
