- 01You're struggling with perfectionism, imposter feelings and just plain burned out.

- 03You're in the sh*t storm of transition: divorce, mid-life, parenthood, death of a loved one.
What it looks like
The shape of the work.
I meet you where you are, pacing our sessions in step with the awareness you gain and your ability to integrate it into meaningful shifts.
First session
Fifty minutes to get to know you, your history, what's working, what isn't working and what you want for your best future self.
First few months
We look at how the pattern operates: where it shows up, with whom, what it's costing you, and we uncover limiting beliefs that are holding you back. This is foundational work, not warm-up.
Middle work
From there we trace the pattern back to its origin (attachment, family system, inherited story) and start working with the part of you that's been running things from underneath. We uncover limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
What changes
Beyond relief from the symptom, you tend to develop a different relationship to the pattern itself, plus a sense of self that holds together when life gets loud.
A note from Jill
"You don't need fixing. You need a witness, a guide, and enough room to finally hear yourself think."
Depth work isn't a quick reframe or a coping skill bolted onto a pattern that keeps repeating. It's the slow, steady process of meeting the parts of you that have been doing the heavy lifting in silence, and giving them somewhere to set the weight down.
