Intake
Fifty minutes together to get to know you both, your history, what's working, what isn't working and what you want for your best future together.
The work
We slow the loop down enough that you can see the attachment dynamics and patterns firing underneath it, then practice doing something different in the room.
Repair, not refereeing
I won't be picking a winner. The goal is to understand what each of you is protecting and what the relationship pays for that protection.
When it ends
Either you've shifted the pattern and want to maintain it, or you've gotten clear about what you need to decide. Both are useful outcomes.
