Couples intensives.
A half- or full-day session for couples in crisis, pre-marital depth work, or post-betrayal repair. Weekly therapy can't always hold what you're carrying, and this format gives it more room.
- Half-day
- 4 hours, single session with a lunch break
- Full-day
- 8 hours, with lunch break
- Required
- 50-minute intake session
Best fit if…
- 01You're at a breaking point — poor communication and the same fight has you feeling 'over it' but you don't want to divorce.
- 02You're ready to heal old hurts, set healthy boundaries and show up as your best selves.
- 03Your schedules and family life just aren't conducive to weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
- 04There's been a betrayal or another major hurt and you need a container to start repair. You need a pro at couples therapy to help you begin to heal and repair the relationship.
What it looks like
The shape of the work.
Before
Fifty minutes together to get to know you both, your history, what's working, what isn't working and what you want for your best future together.
Half-day (4 hours)
Focused work on a single dynamic or rupture, with one lunch break. You leave with concrete agreements you can actually use at home.
Full-day (8 hours)
Morning session, lunch break, afternoon session. The longer container makes room for deeper structural work: attachment history, repair sequencing, and an integration plan.
After
Three 1.5-hour follow-up sessions every two weeks is required. Continued monthly sessions are recommended.
Intensives are not covered by insurance. Call or email for pricing.
