Grief support.
Depth-oriented support for the losses that change you - death, divorce, identity, the life you thought you'd have. Grief isn't a problem to solve. It's a process to be moved through with presence and care.

Best fit if…
- 01You've lost someone and the world keeps moving like it didn't happen.
- 02You're grieving a divorce, an estrangement, or the end of a chapter that defined you.
- 03You're mourning a version of yourself, a future you expected, or a life that didn't unfold.
- 04You've been told it's been long enough and you know it hasn't.
What it looks like
The shape of the work.
I meet you where you are. We pace the work to your nervous system, not to anyone else's idea of how grief should look.
First session
Fifty minutes to get to know you, your loss, your history and what you need most right now.
Early work
We create a steady container for the grief itself. There's nothing to fix - just space to feel what's true without performing or apologizing for it.
Middle work
We work with the layers underneath: the relationship, the unfinished pieces, the parts of you that changed when this happened. We hold the complexity instead of flattening it.
What changes
Grief doesn't disappear, but it stops running you. You build a relationship to the loss that lets you carry it with you instead of being carried by it.
